ChemTech Roof and Insulation Systems was founded in 1981 by John Bradley and Raymond Smith. Based in Winston-Salem, the company serves the Piedmont Triad and Northwest North Carolina.  ChemTech specializes in the application of single-ply, fluid-applied and sheet metal roofing systems on commercial and industrial projects.
 
ChemTech also offers preventative maintenence and roof asset management programs.

ChemTech is a member of the Carolinas Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association; Carolinas Association of General Contractors; Northwest North Carolina Better Business Bureau; Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce and Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce.
