Chemtech has preventative maintenance arrangements with many facilities in the Piedmont Triad whereby Chemtech will respond to emergency leak repairs and will perform periodic inspection visits to roofs. Typically, this is done once or twice per year, during which we inspect the roof for damage and anomalies.

During preventative maintenance visits, our experienced crew will perfom minor repairs not to exceed $250. If repair issues are encountered that will exceed $250, then these issues will be brought to the attention of the ownership and a repair price given. These issues will not be addressed without proper authorization. There is typically a $100 per roof per visit minimum charge. Routine PM visits are typically on a once-per-year or twice-per-year basis, but may be more frequent if circumstances require it.

When a roof is no longer repairable, we will advise the owner or property manager and we will prepare a price to re-roof the building. If the owner or property manager desires more than one price, then we will design an ideal/practical roof system and develop a bid package so that all the companies who bid on the project will be bidding on the same roof system.
